RENTAL POLICIES

Mission

Our mission is to be the absolute best tool and equipment rental company in Southeast Missouri.

Rental Period

All rates are based on a single use.   Charges are from time out to time in- not time used.

Damage Waiver

A mandatory 6% charge will be applied to all rentals.

Reservations:

Reservations are recommended to secure equipment for date requested. Please call to make arrangements.

Delivery:

Delivery is available when arranged for in advance with our  consultants. Please check with us for a quotation.  No equipment may be moved to another address unless Grand Rental/PartyPlus gives specific consent. All broken, burned, damaged or lost items are charged replacement costs in addition to accrued rental. Someone must be available at the time of Delivery and Pick-up to verify all rental equipment. Otherwise, our count of items must be accepted unless we are notified immediately. No credit will be given for unused items. Certain equipment must be protected and sheltered from the elements. Responsibility for rentals remains with you while items are in your possession.

Quality:

Our Goal is your total satisfaction. We reserve the right to upgrade the quality of your order if circumstances beyond control prevent us from processing your order as requested. All damage claims must be made prior to use.
