RENTAL POLICIES
Mission
Our mission is to be the absolute best party rental company in Southeast Missouri.
Rental Period
All rates are based on a single use. Orders may be picked up the day before the event and returned the day after at no additional charge.
Damage Waiver
A mandatory 6% charge will be applied to all rentals.
Reservations:
Reservations are recommended for your wedding, party or banquet needs. A valid drivers license and a 20% Non-Refundable down payment are required to insure the availability of rental equipment. Final payment is due one week prior to the event (Tent rentals 45 days prior). All payments made to a cancelled contract are non-refundable. Methods of payment are: Cash, Checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
Delivery:
Delivery is available when arranged for in advance with our party consultants. Please check with us for a quotation. Chairs and tables will be delivered stacked. They must be stacked for pick-up in the same area as delivered. Our service does not include set-up and take down of tables and chairs. If this service is desired, arrangements can be made prior to delivery and/or pick-up, with special charge applied. No equipment may be moved to another address unless Grand Rental/PartyPlus gives specific consent. All broken, burned, damaged or lost items are charged replacement costs in addition to accrued rental. Someone must be available at the time of Delivery and Pick-up to verify all rental equipment. Otherwise, our count of items must be accepted unless we are notified immediately. No credit will be given for unused items. Equipment must be protected and sheltered from the elements. Responsibility for rentals remains with you while items are in your possession.
Pick-Up:
All glassware, flatware, dishes and silver should be rinsed, food free, and repacked in the same containers as delivered. A charge will be made for all boxes, crates, and containers not returned. Linens should be refuse free and dry to prevent mildew and staining. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.
Quality:
Our Goal is your total satisfaction. We reserve the right to upgrade the quality of your order if circumstances beyond control prevent us from processing your order as requested. All damage claims must be made prior to use.
